Her book, “African Female Entrepreneurship: Merging Profit and Social Motives for the Greater Good” (Palgrave Macmillan) examines women’s key role in socioeconomic development. She is an expert in SME development support and her experience includes management consulting, fiduciary risk management and women’s financial inclusion.

Johannesburg-born and educated in Europe, André holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Freiburg and a bilingual MBA from the IESE Business School in Barcelona. After advancing to Vice President at JPMorgan within the Debt Capital Markets and Derivatives arena in London and Johannesburg, André joined Inoxico’s holding company, Trivest the same year Inoxico was founded. He served as Inoxico’s CEO from 2012 to 2016, growing Inoxico from a humble base to an industry leading player. He remains closely engaged as a market maker and senior advisor to the business.

Her personal mantra is to develop SMEs to create sustainable employment, and this passion has led her to impact many lives across the sector, from providing professional support to the Grameen foundation, to providing personal investment and advice to start-ups and SMEs. Nanaholds a MA and BA Hons in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Cambridge, and is currently Head of Cash Strategy and Business Performance at Barclays Africa Group in South Africa.
